Introduction

Effective project management assessment tools help trainers and consultants in quick determination of customer core problems and needs. This aids in designing a training course or consulting service that fits customer requirements. Some consulting companies lack objective assessment tools, and can only provide enterprises with 'standard' package courses. These 'standard' courses are either too general or too theoretical, and are unable to fulfill enterprise actual requirements.
